Cancellation or no-show policy
In the event that you are unable to attend, we require 48 hours notice or a cancellation fee of $150 will apply.
Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment with 48 hours or more notification – no charge ($0).
Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment less than 48 hours – Fee of $150.
Pregnancy, babies and children
Pregnant or breastfeeding women will not be treated under any circumstances, likewise, no cosmetic injectable treatments will be provided to any persons under 18 years of age. No babies or toddlers allowed in the clinic.
Health care worker protection policy
Abuse and bullying behavior either verbal, written will never be tolerated by health care workers.
Unique provisions are made under australian law.
Offenders who assault health practitioners in hospitals or anywhere that they are providing or supporting care will face up to six months of jail, double the penalty for a common assault.
Cases of bullying, threatening, or abusive behavior will result in prosecution.

Problems, Queries or Complaints Regarding Injectables
The cosmetic injectables at this clinic are supervised under the direction of Renaissance Cosmetic Clinics (RCC) and it’s prescribing doctors.
RCC wishes to investigate all complaints made by patients of it’s supervised injectors for quality and safety assurance. We therefore encourage that any problems, queries or complaints against the injectors at this clinic be directed to the owner of this clinic.
